Emre Ozgu is a Partner at Barst Mukamal & Kleiner LLP. He brings more than fifteen years of professional experience in representing and counseling individuals and corporations on all aspects of U.S. immigration law related to permanent residence (“green cards”) through employment and family sponsorship, a wide range  of work visas (H, L, E, O, J and P visas) and other  immigration matters. Ryan Armbrust is a Partner at ff Venture Capital. Bruce has 23 years experience as a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, technology investment banker, and corporate attorney. Prior to joining Blumberg Capital in 1998, Bruce co-founded and held several senior management positions within technology companies including Charles River Computers. Bruce also structured and managed early-stage technology transactions at Hambrecht & QuistMayer Brown & Platt and Bankers Trust Company. A native of New York, Bruce earned his BA in Finance from Yeshiva University and his MBA and JD from Fordham University.

Todd has over 7 years of investment experience ranging from venture capital, shareholder activist, distressed investing, and restructuring advisory. He joined Kiwi Ventures as a principle in 2016. Prior to that, he worked at StarVest in 2013 as a post-MBA associate specializing in enterprise software and is primarily responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, due diligence, and on-going value added services such as financial planning for portfolio companies. Additionally, he also served on the board of the Columbia Entrepreneurship Organization and is a mentor to many of NYC's growing startups. Charles LaCalle devotes much of his time to analyzing edtech and digital health startups as potential investments for Dreamit. He also heads community management for the 250+ Dreamit portfolio companies.
