Brian is the CEO and founder of VentureOut, which he launched in 2012 while working at Gotham Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. He is experienced in a wide range of employment based, family based, and investment based immigration issues, working closely with the global startup and tech communities, representing cutting edge companies and talented individuals who comprise New York’s rapidly growing Silicon Alley.

Mr. Newbold also works closely with foreign investors seeking nonimmigrant or immigrant status through EB5 or E-2 investments, and he is also experienced in helping foreign business owners receive L visa status through establishing New Offices in the United States.

Anna Kotyza is the Content Director at VentureOut, creating content for VentureOut programs. Holding a strong background in storytelling, film-making, virtual reality, business development, strategy, research, video editing, content creation, and media.
Prior to VentureOut, Anna studied visual and media art production at Emerson University. And currently studying arts, business, technology and innovation in New York University.

Rahul is an entrepreneurial fundraising executive with nearly 20 years of diverse cross-sector experience who brings an innovative perspective to leadership teams. He has served in senior-level roles at early-stage growth organizations in both the public and social sectors and has raised nearly $15m for education and gender equality programs in the US, India, China, and Kenya. Rahul has a chemical engineering background and non-profit experience in both sports and education. He currently serves on the board of the Global Give Back Circle.

Paul Wigdor currently serves as Managing Partner at Ascendant Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor based in Houston, Texas. Paul was a Founding Shareholder in Ascendant when the Company was formed in 2009 and joined the Firm as a Partner in 2011 to launch the Firm’s Mutual Fund Business. Under Paul’s direction, Ascendant has launched four mutual funds and will be launching a fifth in May, 2015. Prior to his work with Ascendant, Paul spent 15 years on the buy side and the sell side in a variety of capacities including legal and compliance, equity trading, wealth management and asset management. Eliot is a General Partner at boldstart ventures and has been investing in enterprise startups for over a decade, he is most passionate about supporting teams going to market.

Prior to Boldstart, Eliot cofounded Penny Black in 2008; a private investment firm in NYC investing across broad range of sectors.  He also previously founded Templates.com, an online software retailer, sold in late 2002 and worked at the Permal Group, a multi-billion dollar global fund of hedge funds (acquired by Legg Mason in 2006).

Prior to VentureOut, Sam has counseled founders and various companies on a wide range of issues including strategy, investor relations, incorporation, and intellectual property rights. He also ran Operations for several years at a regional automotive parts distributor with a wide range of responsibilities from sales, developing an eCommerce platform, and logistics. Josef Sachta is the CEO and co-founder of Sharry Europe, property technology company, he is focused on the company’s development and strategy.
