David is an experienced entrepreneur and CFO who has worked extensively with venture backed and family owned businesses. He joined Brooklyn Equity after building Skylight Group, an industry leader of event spaces and host of New York Fashion Week. David advises and sits on various boards including Ace Natural, a leading organic foods distributor. Previously, David worked at PWC and Citrin Cooperman. David graduated from Tulane University with a B.S.M in Accounting.

Dr. Chris Dickey is an international development innovator and public health entrepreneur whose work seeks to develop sustainable public health models and to forge bonds between the academic community and practitioners in the field. He sees the challenges facing public health-vast health inequities, applied skills gaps among public health professionals, weak community health systems, and shrinking research budgets-and seek store to imagine sustainable solutions through a multidisciplinary approach. This is reflected by the fact that he has worked in more than 20 countries with the United Nations (UN) and other agencies and co-founded a company that provides clean water and primary care in villages in India.

Partner-level venture capitalist now acting as a venture partner and investor representative working directly with fund managers and HNW investors to build value in privately-held companies, Loren serves in an operating capacity (CFO/COO/CBO) and board member where appropriate. Loren has experience in various industries (healthcare, HIT, technology, AI/machine learning, manufacturing, and consumer sectors) in the US, EU, and Israel. She also performs manager due diligence (PE/VC/HF) for limited partners and placement agents - with significant experience in reviewing operational, compliance, regulatory and risk management issues.
